aTV3 movie won't load

I have encoded 2 movies using high profile & web optimized setting. One is a dvd the other is a blu ray. The recoded blu ray loads into the aTV and plays like a champ. The dvd will not load. It will play in iTunes however. Any idea's? I know it's probably overkill to use high profile on a dvd but would that cause a playback problem? Here are the media info files for each movie:

Does the file stream to the AppleTV 3 before you modify it with something other than HandBrake to add chapter thumbnails?

Well, that's a good point. I used Subler to add metadata to both files. Do you see that one has thumbnails and the other doesn't? Where in the info should I look for that?

They both have thumbnails. Please try HandBrake's encode of the DVD before processing with Subler.

After thinking about it, yes, it did play fine before adding metadata with Subler. But I did the same thing with Thor and it plays fine?

Ok. I'll start over because it played fine when encoded with the iPad 2 preset. I actually redid it using the high profile and did not check it before adding the metadata. I'll try recoding it. Checking playability. Then adding metadata. But there is nothing wrong with using high profile with a dvd, right?

Right.

If it plays before using Subler, this is a Subler issue. Otherwise please post the Activity Log as well as the MediaInfo report for HandBrake's output, untouched.

All is well. Did the re-encode, added metadata and subtitles with Subler. Thank you for your help.
