When every i drag the file over to my iphone in itunes it says that the file was not copied because it can not be played. If you know a setting i need to change to make it playable based on the above please let me know. If you need anymore info on the video file feel free to ask.

According to the iPhone tech specs page, up to 160kbps audio is supported.

Also according to the specs, iPhone 4 "only" supports video up to level 3.1 and yours looks like 4.0.
