I'm running Handbrake 0.9.4 (2009112300) on Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit). I thought maybe it was just a playback issue so I synced a test file via iTunes. It looks the same on my iPhone.
What am I doing wrong?

Reencoded video unwatchable regardless of settings
I'm trying to resize a DVD to watch on my iPhone 3Gs. I've tried the presets for iPhone & iPod Touch, iPhone Legacy and High Profile (resized to 480x320). I've tried H264 as well as MPEG-4. The results are the same every time...

Windows GUI Guide, first paragraph. You need to install an on-the-fly decrypter or pre-rip to HDD prior to using Handbrake.
