Reduciong Reframe from 13 to 5 ...?

Hi; I have a WD HD Player. My MKV file has following specifications:

      Format profile : High@L5.1
      Format settings, CABAC : Yes
      Format settings, ReFrames : 13 frames
      Muxing mode : Container profile=Unknown@5.1
      Codec ID : V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC
      Duration : 53mn 28s
      Bit rate : 10.8 Mbps
      Nominal bit rate : 11.7 Mbps
      Width : 1 920 pixels
      Height : 1 080 pixels
      Display aspect ratio : 16/9
      Frame rate : 23.976 fps
      Original frame rate : 25.000 fps
      Resolution : 24 bits
      Colorimetry : 4:2:0
      Scan type : Progressive
      Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.217
      Writing library : x264 core 55 svn-655
Because of high Refrane rate (13) my video play in WD HD like a choppy.
I Want reencode the video with Reframe=5 without any quality reduction.
I want convert MKV to MKV.
Please help me.

I mean what can i do with this section of the handbrake to producing that specifications ? :

1. Reencoding is never without quality loss
2. You can set the amount of reference frame in the advanced tab, not in the picture settings tab.
