Description of problem or question:
I have an old PSP that i was going to use as a picture frame playing some slideshow videos. I used to be able to convert my mp4 files to work on that device. Lately with current handbrake versions, there isnt a preset to convert a playable file. Is there a way to do this with the current versions of handbrake?

Version 1.2.x isn't current, and v1.3.x has three Playstation presets.

"an old PSP" is a nightmare of a target, with multiple hardware revisions and software releases with different capabilities and limitations.
