HandbrakeCLI Task/CPU Prioity

Is there a command switch I can add to HandBrakeCLI that will make it use less cpu time.
I am often still using my computer when I have handbrake converting something, so I often have to go in to the windows task manager to change the prioity of HandBrakeCLI from Normal to Low just so I can keep doing what I do with some big lag.
