This is the configuration that I use to compress a 4k video in 1080p and weighing 5gb weighs only 1gb.
Any more recommendations to improve the quality?
I have never used the advanced options (mark with red in the image). Could you add a code or something? what is it for?

There is no need to tweak advanced options.

If you want higher quality, adjust the quality slider and accept files will get larger as a result.

I second that. Handbrake presets get it right. The only thing you should ever need to change are things on the front page, audio, and occasionally the frame rate.
For those who just can't keep the hood closed, start by learning how to do everything you are doing now in the CLI.
