join of chapter lists of two titles

Description of problem or question:
I have a DVD with several titles, each containing several chapters.
One of these titles is split into two VOBs, so ghb shows this one title as two titles in the title overview.
Encoded individually, this gives two video files with separate chapter lists.

Is there a way within ghb to reassemble this 'one title', which for ghb consists of two titles, to create a video file with a combined chapter list?

Or is it necessary to pre-treat the affected VOBs before coding with ghb? Which program would be helpful?

BTW: The DVD is not copy protected.

Many DVD titles consist of multiple VOB files, and the accompanying IFO files explain how they fit together. This is where the logs come in, to tell us whether you're trying to open the "disk", or jumping directly to the individual VOB files.

The general answer is definitely, maybe.

But I think what you actually want is very much a support request for a specific problem rather than a general question.

And second: I think I encountered a general problem here. To solve it, HandBrake would have to know that after this particular first VOB/title a second VOB/title is forced to play. Then HB would have to combine these two VOBs/titles virtually to one VOB/title and present it on the gui...

And this is how my two questions come about:

1. Can HB do this?
2. Do you know another program that can combine these VOBs/titles while keeping the chapter structure?
