Convert ratio

Post by buhli »

Hey guys

I have an old DVD and I think the ratio from this DVD is 4:3 because when I watch the movie I have on the right and left side a big black frame.

Is it possible I can convert this with Handbrake to another ratio which as no black frame?

Thank you very much and best regards

Yes, HB will attempt to crop off the black bars automatically, and if the automatic detection fails you can manually specify cropping.

Post the MediaInfo properties for your DVD. It's something you download.

How can I do this? Ss described here: https://handbrake.fr/docs/en/latest/adv ... video.html
