Convert png to video

Is there a way to convert a series of png images to a video with handbrake? I have used ai upscaling i. A video which has comverted each individual frame to a png and i want to combine them to be encoded in handbrake to h.264.

No, Handbrake does not import image sequences.
Davinci Resolve is free.

Do you mean davinci resolve? Placing thousands of images onto the timeline is going to be a very very long (and boring) time.

I'm very sure you can use ffmpeg for such a thing, via the command line then.

Nevermind. Davinci resolve knew exactly what i was upto, no need to lay each image out 1 by 1 thank god. I rendered as a .mov uncompressed rgb 8bit and then encoded it in handbrake.

You should teach your Autospell the word Davinci. My original statement was correct.
As far as importing image sequences, it wasn't really a guess...

There are many softwares can achieve this, Google png to video/ gif to video and there it is.
