Need help making video go from 136mb to 50mb

I am having issues understanding this. So im trying to make my video go from 136mb to 50mb and i need help really bad. Could some one help?

Wild ass guess, you need to adjust some settings or chose the proper preset.

More detail requires more detail, like the log that shows us what handbrake saw when you loaded the source.
