Description of problem or question:

Hello, new to handbrake. trying to take a copy of aunts wedding and put on youtube. I have disk I got (long ago) from wedding people. It's 33 minutes long and I've tried multiple times on pc and laptop (windows 10). My copies come out anywhere from 4 minutes to 12 minutes long. Cant seem to get all 6 chapters and 33 minutes of wedding. Disk plays fine in every machine.

Thanks for any help!

Rip with something intended to rip DVDs, like MakeMKV; HB isn't.

MakeMKV is for ripping disks to video files; handles copy protection, read errors, etc.

Handbrake is a video encoder; takes a video input, makes a video output.
