burn in subtitles and leave everything untouched?

Post by Guest313 »

Description of problem or question:

Hello,
is there something like a "suggested preset" in case that I would only want burn in one subtitle track and leave eveything else "untouched"?
The source material is AVCHD (.m2ts) in pretty good audio/video quality - output can be mp4/mkv.

Thank you in advance!
Best regards,

Burn-in requires re-encoding the video, that's the only way to make the subtitles be part of the video stream itself.
