Automatically add preset name to output

Hey there,
I've got files which need to be rendered in different formats (360p,1080p,...). I created different presets for these formats and now I'm wondering if it's possible to automatically add the preset name to the output name? (something like this: filename_360p.m4v)
I know about the "auto naming" functions in the settings but couldn't find any possibility to add a preset name.
