I want to compress my files while keeping as much quality as possible.
However I can't leave my laptop running at 100% for multiple days, so is this a good video preset ?
Can I somehow improve it ?
My laptop have a RTX 2060 and an i7-9550H with 16gb of RAM

If you're dealing with a laptop, your better bet may be to accept the compromises of the QSV hardware, in terms of larger file sizes for the same quality. The QSV encoder will keep the temps much lower, as the CPU isn't as heavily loaded.
