Can a file be PreScanned to get est. conv. time? (using HandbrakeCLI.exe)

Description of problem or question:
Using HandbrakeCLI.exe, is it possible to prescan a file ahead of time to get a estimated conversion time?


HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
.\HandBrakeCLI.exe --version
[17:34:27] Compile-time hardening features are enabled
[17:34:28] Nvenc version 9.0

[17:34:28] hb_init: starting libhb thread
[17:34:28] thread 1 started ("libhb")
HandBrake 1.3.1


Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10

Nope. You'd need to encode probably circa 5 minutes to let it settle down before you'd get a rough estimate. Might not be super accurate but within some margin of error.
