Subtitles won't play in Windows Media Player

Subtitles not displaying in Windows media player:

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

I'm using handbrake to take an MP4 training video and .SRT file from Camtasia and render them together. The final product will display with subtitles in VLC media player but the subtitles will not display when played in Windows Media Player. I want these videos to be click and play for the end-user. I've been playing around with the codecs for video and audio, but no luck. Any suggestions? It works great in VLC but not Windows Media player. I can't be sure what media player my clients will use so wanted it to work in both. Thanks,

HandBrake 1.2.2 (e.g., 1.0.0):
