Was the SRT file created with time offsets that match the video?

Yes !
For example, i download the torrent .mkv called Chernobyl.S01E04.720p.WEBRip.x265-MiNX from
https://www.magnetdl.com
and downloaded the subtitles from here:
http://www.subswiki.com/show/3097
When i put the files together with the same name i see fine on Vlc for example.
When i try to burned in with Handbrake, happens that i showed in the image.
Could you do the test? I use the 'preview' in handbrake to see this error.
