Handbrake with screen captures.

Post by NickSteel »

Description of problem or question:

I'm screen capturing HD Streams at 1200x800 and using Handbrake to reduce the large file sizes and play on HD Tv (not 4K).
I use direct connection, not wireless.

What is the best preset option to use and does anyone have a "tweaked" one they can recommend?

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.2.2

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Windows 10 Pro 1803

HQ 1080p preset

Anything beyond that is personal preference.
