Hey, i need your help.
I tried it so many times, but i still havent figured out which setting are the best for my 2k Lets Plays
I want basically no quality loss, but the only Option i found is where the export is bigger than the sourefile.

The HQ 1080p preset, with the resolution increased to match your source, the encoder preset as slow as you can tolerate, the RF increased until you're happy with the output size, and the audio set for AAC passthrough.

Mhh i cant change the resolution with HQ 1080p preset to 2560x1440 :/

You create a new preset and set the resolution limits in the "create new preset" dialog, e.g. here under macOS:
