Description of problem or question:
Looking to convert PAL VOB to NTSC VOB. I am using 1.1.2 (the newest version). I have a video disc that came in PAL that I'd like to convert to be able to watch here in the US on a normal dvd player. I ran it but my samsung DVD player still wont recognize it. I ran it as a MP4 with h.264. Ive looked around for a how to and I am assuming it is for an older model as it mentions selecting NTSC, and I do not see any options for this. Thoughts?

HB is not the tool for this. Maybe Nero recode.
