Movie 4K problem on PC

Hi,

Description of problem:
I'm using Handbrake to do my 4K movies and it works fine.
But when I watch the movies on my PC, the color are bland, but if I watch the movies on my Samsung TV, it's wonderfull (HDR TV).
Do you have an idea to have beautiful colors on my PC

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Do a 4K movie.

HandBrake version:
1.1.2

Operating system and version:
Windows 10

You need playback software that has support High Dynamic Range (HDR) content.

I see there are some 4K laptops with HDR displays, around $1500+
Or were you just bring silly?
