Hi there, not sure if this the right place but here goes...
Trying to piece together older movies, godzilla, jackie chan, etc. I can find excellent video titles but they mostly have either Chinese or Russian audio. So I'm finding the best eng-dubbed audio parts I can find, and merging with the video using mkvtool. All seems great, but unfortunately they rarely line up correctly.
What would you recommend? I'm not a novice but haven't a broad experience with the problem. I'm thinking there's a good tool which can set the timelines right via side-by-side sliders, save and then I'll use HB to compress properly.
