Option to change video speed

Greeting, I wonder if Handbrake is capable of adjusting the playback speed? I tend to watch speedrun videos, mostly platformers and metroidvania. I downloaded them to my secondary phone which function as my mini TV by my bed. The issue with platformers and metroidvania game speed is bit too low for me and I will be inattentive to it. I wonder if there is an option to change the playback speed to 1.5x or 2x during the encoding process? I am aware that it will lose some of the frame to change the speed of the video which is perfectly fine with me since I need to save some space for my secondary phone.

Just to be clear, I am not talking about the encoding speed, I am talking about changing the video speed itself.

I have Win10 1809 and Handbrake 1.1.2 (2018090500).

Nope. I would recommend you find playback software that supports that, rather than touching the video itself.
