encoding ProRes to H265

Hey all,
sorry for a dumb question - is there a guide up here for the best settings (highest quality) for Handbrake to encode an video only ProRes video file to H265?

Pick a preset appropriate for your playback environment, and then a reasonable quality value (or try a few and see if you can see the difference).

Absolutely no sense in a source codec/output codec specific guide. The codecs tell you nothing.
