encoding for plex, pal to ntsc needed?

I have x-men tas, season 2-3 in pal. as it cost tons in nstc. when converting to x264 is there anything that needs done different from what i normally do? I know back in the day the screen would roll if you could get it to play on the tv, but it seems to play fine on the lcd.

Set to Decomb, Same as Source, and Normal preset. Nothing fancy needed.
PAL works fine on Plex.

Thanks musicvid. I have my on preset used to clean them up with deblock and denoise. I just put that on hold until i got feedback had/have many others to do that I understand how to do. You gave me confidence to go play.
