Can't select 4K video size

Can't select 4K video size

Load up a 4K video. Can't select a 4K encode option. Limited to 1080p. Attempting to select any larger size defaults back to 1920x1080.

In all likelyhood you are using a 1080p limited preset. Choose one of the 4K ones or create your own.
