Problem with Subtitles (can't deactivate Burn-In)

Post by ionaselate »

Hi!

I made some Backups from my blu-rays with makemkv and now I want to convert them into mp4 format 1080 p to decrease the file size and be able to play them on my iOS and other devices.
Unfortunately I can not deselect the burn in behavior on the subtitles.
when I activate subtitles one is always burnt in and I can't deselect it.

I'd like to add German and English subtitles - but only optional.
Please help

If your iOS devices cannot play MKV files, you cannot have "selectable" subtitles from a Bluray source.
