Trying to convert Braveheart 4k 2160P to 1080P with the Dolby Atmos track

I am trying to get the correct settings to convert a 4K UHD 2160p MKV video file to 1080P MKV with the Dolby Atmos
track attached. I'm not real tech. savvy on how to do this. If someone could just tell me which settings to use that would be great. I have a Sony 45ES projector,Nivida Shield,and Pioneer sc-95 AVR. Hope someone can help me.

Try starting with the H.264 MKV 1080p30 preset and configure the audio selection behavior to pass through the Dolby TrueHD track.
