Settings help please people

Hi all, I have a batch of videos that I want to convert/re code and I'm having trouble with the settings. I can select a single video file and convert to MKV using Super HQ 1080p Surround with a few filters with no problem at all .. but if i try and do it with a batch of videos then i get a "same destination path error" that i can't seem to work out how to change and also I cannot seem to figure out how to set the output file to MKV for the batch .. it keeps reverting to MP4 and ignoring the changes that i made to filters .. can somebody talk me through it please .. I'm using 1.0.7 - 64bit

Make the change to MKV, save a preset with your change, then use that preset.

For autonaming issues, see the autonaming preference.

I save the change to MKV + Super HQ 1080p surround but as soon as I try and batch convert it goes straight back to MP4 ..

there isn't even an option for MKV in the file output? I must be missing something ..

autonaming preference is selected already yet still the error with naming ..
