I was looking software video conversion with smallest size conversion result (vita handheld has small memory card) and was referring by link from reddit
to this url viewtopic.php?f=7&t=24505&p=112628&hilit=vita#p112628 ,
from reddit talk it seem he managed to accomplished this (smaller size but also still have good video resolution) and he also sharing his preset handbrake configuration for video conversion ..but for some reason it seem it always throw me error when i tried to load the handbrake configuration
if i setting up manually i can't accomplished this ,the video result always in huge size - Original video is 900mb after conversion its 800mb (my conversion) while in reddit post he claim he push it to only 50mb
can someone share any working handbrake configuration

As the rest of technical detail about my home desktop..sorry i really don't know how to obtain those detail ( number of cpu,Does it support Intel QuickSync Video,number of GPU)

This error happen when i tried to load the shared preset file (PS Vita CQ30.plist)

Importing presets from very old versions isn't supported by the Windows UI.

Probably won't help. The windows version didn't get reliable import until the 1.0 series.

The description of the Playstation 540p30 preset is “H.264 video (up to 540p30) and AAC stereo audio, in an MP4 container. Compatible with Playstation Vita.” I suggest using that and if you want smaller files, lower the quality.
