New Intel GPU driver 15.60 and Handbrake

The release notes for the just-released Intel GPU driver 15.60 mentions a problem with Handbrake, but only for "compression".

I'm not clear what they mean. Are they talking about QuickSync encoding, H.265 encoding, what?

Do you guys have any more info?

That's probably the fix for the quicksync encode failures caused by the previous driver. Both the QS H.264 and 5 encoders.

Software encoders were not affected.

Actually, I guess they didn't fix them. It's listed among the open issues.
