Slight Color Change Hanbrake Compression H264

So I started to convert my JL Cartoon Blurays to digital with news that Netflix is pulling series on Aug 1. I saw this odd color swap in this scene when I compared the raw MKV from MakeMKV and the compressed one out of Handbrake. Everything else seems fine but I just wanted to check if there is a quick way to tweak the setting to stop this color swap. As you can see the tables have a darker shade in the compressed version for some odd reason.

Might need a actual computer to see difference not sure website works on mobile.

I am using the default Fast 1080p settings if this helps. MKV H264.
