Howto - Handbrake for Ripping BluRay

Hi,

I am new with Handbrake and I am searching for a good (and new) Howto for the latest release of Handbrake.
I am using Kodi for Playback of Movies. Therefore I want to Rip some of my personal owned BluRays.

What do I want to achive:
*) Good Quality (1080p)
*) Good Sound (I have a 5.1.2 AV-Receiver)
*) Size somewhere between 5 and 10GB per 2h Movie

I found some Howtows, but it seems that with the latest releases some settings changed already.

EDIT: I am using now the default profile "Super HQ1080p30 Surround", should this fit to my requirements?
The BluRay includes "6.1 DTS-HD MA", in the Audio-Settings I selected "Auto Passthrough". Is this correct for my 5.1.2 Receiver?
