Hi,
I was wondering if/how much the Constant Quality setting is different in H.265 compared to H.264?
H.265 is suppose to be better at compression with better quality.
So, lets say i encode my Blu-ray movie as H.264 with a constant quality of (18) and i do it again as H.265 with the same constant quality.
Will the quality of the picture be better, worse or about the same?
A value of 0 for Constant Quality in H.264 means lossless. Does a value of 0 mean the same in H.265?
H.264 Constant Quality Vs H.265 Constant Quality

There is no attempted correlation between the two.
