I am attempting to demonstrate visually what the 95% CI looks like in a video by reducing the number of pixels of a face to about 40 and then what lower confidence intervals would look like visually.
As such I need to get an image that is literally 16X9 and then a second image that is 3X3 or 3X4. I have been unable to find a program capable of achieving this and am hoping the open source community has some other tricks or suggestions
