Bulk Convert or default

Hi guys

New to handbrake and so far I'm loving the environment but need a little help if possible

I need to batch convert from MP4 to MKV but i can seem to add ALL titles to the sue without them having to be MP4, i can't seem to add ALL titles to be converted to MKV

Am i doing something wrong or is this just a feature of handbrake

Just create a preset with the options you want first, save it, then it should apply when adding all to queue.

If you don’t need any of the features that HB provides, ie transcoding, why not just use mkvtoolnix to convert them from MP4 to MKV?
