tech question. I have been trying to copy wwe uk dvds, but the screen comes up blotchy with green blocks and the audio is patchy at times too. Its taking the whole length of time to convert so that's ok. What do I need to do on settings to make the copy right? Also the size was almost 10gb...is there anyway to get this smaller?

Activity logs needed. Lots of possibilities. No way to narrow them down without the information that is included in the activity logs.
