Handbrake and AMD FX (Bulldozer)
Handbrake can use the new tecnology of AMD FX (modular)????????????????????

Yes it can. AMD FX-8150 is easily able to compete with the more expensive Intel i7 2600K in x264 benchmarks.
Bulldozer is pretty much crap in every other aspect, but video encoding is the notable exception (along with other heavily threaded applications).

There is nothing really special about bulldozer modules.
It's just 2 Integer Units and 1 FP unit grouped. Shame really that they didn't include another 4FP units to make it a true 8-core cpu.
When compared to the Phenom II X6, it's not much faster, if any at all.

It depends on your encode settings. In some cases, it's pretty close to the 2600K, in others it's a fair bit slower.AMD FX-8150 is easily able to compete with the more expensive Intel i7 2600K in x264 benchmarks.

Seems like it's supported; my logs all show SSE 4.2 support.
I decrypted my copy of evangelion death & rebirth and put it through Regular > High profile, got 87fps average. I'm overclocked at 4.2ghtz thought. The DVD version is vanilla, not remastered or directors' cut.
