Anyone know how to take audios off of dvds?

Hi, I'm new here, um I was wondering how to take the audio off of one of my dvds. its Jekyll & Hyde: The Musical and it has David Hasselhoff in the title role (yea I know hes good) But i was wondering how to take the audio off of the dvd do you guys know how?

I use audio hijack pro.

you can also use OSEx if you want to extract the AC3 stream from a DVD.
