Auto crop chapters

I seem not to get one thing straight:

I have a lot of music DVDs. Many of them are compilations. Most of these have one title for each track. Some have just one title and all the tracks are chapters within this title. Some of these tracks in this one title can be 16:9, some can be 4:3 or something else.

I want to rip these tracks in this one title to individual files. That's no problem. But the auto crop feature only seems to work with respect to the whole title not just the chapter. So if 4:3 and 16:9 are mixed up in one title, the 16:9 clips have black borders despite auto cropping. If I convert the files a second time auto cropping will work.

Is there someway I can crop it right the first time?

i'm using HandBrake 0.9.3 on Mac OS X Leopard.
