How do I rotate a video

Description of problem or question:
In a prior version of Handbrake I remember there being an input box for rotation. You could enter 90 or 180 etc. and the resultant video would be rotated. I can't find that input box anymore. I did some internet searching and tried various combinations of --rotate=90 in the "Additional Options" dialog box under the Video tab but I can't get that to work either.

In recent versions, rotation is a control on the filters tab.
