AtomicParsley, although it needs to be compiled from the SVN.
Then in the CLI:
"atomicparsley --DeepScan --iPod-uuid 1200 filename.mp4".

I believe that should work, although I've never had to do it.

I had a read through the AtomicParsley and didn't really understand a word of it. Can someone give me a bit of an idea in layman's terms.
Cheers.

What platform are you on?
OS X, Windows?

Cause I'm in the middle of writing a gui in os x to package up a lot of options, post-encode.
That being one of them.

If not, it's not going to be easy, atomicparsley is a command line program
that needs to be compiled from scratch in order to get what you want ;P..

FYI there's builds in the MetaX package

So there is, that would defintly make it easier for him.
So OP, just download MetaX, go into the app package, locate atomicparsley,
open the terminal, and chug away ;P

Thanks for your reply, but i really don't know what it all means. I assume to rum some script (??) command (??) from the terminal, which will add it, delete something from the information from the movie's file (??).
Should I just wait for some cool little app that will do it for me without worrying about terminal commands etc.
Cheers again for the replies, just now sure what it all means.

If you can figure out the terminal you could do it now.
But I should be done with my MP4 editor in the next 2 weeks which
will have a GUI you can use instead. Whichever you prefer ^__^

I did give it a red hot go in the terminal, but unfortunitly it didn't work. I would need much more detailed directions.
How is your little app coming along.

It's a tad behind schedule.
I'm sorry ;P.

But I'll be sure to give you a PM when it's done.
Or you can check http://ijoel.net
every now & then. Cause that's where I'll be releasing it.
