mp4 wont go into itunes

Hi I've used HB to put IRON MAN into mp4 format, but now whenever I try to put it into itunes, it won't go in. I'm using 10.4.11 and I'm using version 0.9.2 because I haven't obtained leopard. here is my activity log

You need to change the file extension from .mp4 to .m4v. Apple products do not support .mp4, while just about everything does support .m4v. There should be an option in the preferences to have handbrake automatically do this when encoding into the mp4 container. For this encode, though, you just have to rename the file so it ends with .m4v.

I import mp4's just fine into iTunes, and they sync just fine with my iPhone...
