Handbrake does no longer start after destination drive no longer available

Post by Duschkoenig »

Description of problem or question:
Hi!

I used to have handbrake write to a NAS. Now I have replaced the NAS and given the new NAS a different name. When starting handbrake it keeps on looking for the old destination drive on the old NAS. Mac OS repeatedly tells me "Name of old NAS" no longer available without handbrake starting.

Removing and reinstalling handbrake yields no change.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.3.3

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

macOS 11.2.3 (latest big sur).

It's a known issue in version 1.3.3. You can download the 1.4 beta or delete the queue file in /Users/yourusername/Library/Containers/fr.handbrake.HandBrake/Data/Library/Application Support/HandBrake/Queue.hbqueue
