Slides shown in video very unsharp after handbrake conversion

Description of problem or question:
I convert a mp4 video format with quit good reading quality of slides which are shown in the video presentation.
Unfortunately after handbrake conversion I can't read the slides anymore. It become far too blurred.



Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
I tried man different formats. Always the same problem



HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
latest version



Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
MacOS big sur

We need to see your logs to know about the source and what you asked handbrake to do. Conversion of anything that is "sharp" tends to get "less sharp" with each iteration through compression, especially if you're changing the size.

I tried super HQ. but the slides inside the video are not readable anymore.
I feel this requirements will have many users. Converting records with slides inside.
So it would be great to know how to do it

With your source being at such an incredibly low resolution and bit-rate already, why are you trying to re-encode this? Your not likely to get much in the way of savings here without it looking garbage.

You'd need to move he Quality slider a few notches to the right. Probably 18 or 16 might be worth trying. Maybe more (lower value).
