How to burn DVD without voiceovers

Description of problem or question:
I have a fitness DVD that I’d like to have a digital copy of because I don’t have a DVD player. At the start of the DVD there is the option to play with the voice over instructions or just the music. I have burned it right handbrake but it only burns with the voiceovers.

Is there a way to burn it without the voice overs?

I’m assuming that the music only version is on a separate audio track. Or could be a different title. The activity log would show us that.
