1920x1080 not recognized as 1920x1080

Post by brechelt »

Description of problem or question:
I have a render from Premiere that I KNOW is 1920x1080 - I exported it myself. It's a theater performance and 80% of the video shows the top and bottom of the screen is dark (looks like black bars, but it's not - it's just a dark room). The house lights DO come one a couple of times, so I need that information - the crop is wrong. HB is reading it as black bars (I assume), and the resolution is 1440x808. I've turned off auto for the crop, but it doesn't change.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.3.0

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
OSX 10.12.6

Set each crop manually to zero and put the resolution back manually to 1920x1080.
