Description of problem or question:

I have a video that is 1:11 long and need to compress it. I have tried 480p30, and it was reduced to 598.6mb. It's still too large for submitting it. What else can I try? Originally recorded in PhotoBooth, I have uploaded and compressed it using iMovie. It was still too large. In QuickTime Player, the video is too large, too. What else can I try?

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.3.1

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

The log from that attempt would be very helpful in answering your sort-of-a-question. Then, knowing what you're trying to submit it to, so some idea of target size would be available.

You can always make it smaller by reducing the quality.

By "very large", are you saying it's over 20GB or so, or something bigger?

Try also enabling one of the denoise filters.
