Hello,
I don´t make it to export a video in 16:9 - it always appears in 4:3 I guess. Anyhow it is not right.
Any idea, what I could do?
Original is video_ts from dvd - it should be an mp4 or something similar. I have tried a view preferences, but didn´t get to change it. It always says Bildformat (picture format) will be kept (under picture size).
Looking forward to Your help after hours of no results today...
Thanks
Handbrake 10.1.3. working on a Macbook with High Sierra
right format

Re: right format
No idea unless you follow the directions in bold underlined red text on a pink background.
Re: right format
Thanks for the answer, but I do not really understand what You mean. What is "HB logs"? What other information do You need? Sorry for being slowly,I am not a video editor...
And where is the bold text on the pink background?
Actually I need the information how I can change the aspect ratio (I guess thats the right word?). So how do I make sure it comes 16:9?
Thanks!

Re: right format
Handbrake logs are required for support.
As two people have now pointed out, follow the instructions at the top of this page.
It's not as complicated as you are making this.
